The CAT6E Belden 7852A and the twpr Belden 9409 passed the tests for use underground will not propagate flame had the lowest smoke density and off gas of HCL/HBR.
I provided you with DVD's of the tests for your records and the failed cable tests of the other samples.

You can use it. If you have a fire that hot you have other issues.   
The pH comes from the Bromine  halogen HBR they use for the fire retarant 
properties.  A non halogen plastic would be great but hard to find on this 
side of the pond.
