Infrastructure Group

The Electrical Engineering Department Infrastructure Group can provide support on "infrastructure" aspects of projects from conceptual design through final implementation. This includes providing guidelines on Electrical Design Standards, Cable Selection, Electrical Safety Reviews, and Networked Design Tools. We also provide direct assistance with AC, DC, and high voltage supply and distribution; equipment cooling, rack protection, cabling; and electronics procurement and fabrication including prototyping, reworking, etc. The conduct of operations information for this group can be found at: (Infrastructure Group Operations) What follows are links to some useful guidelines along with a list of the direct support that can be provided:
