The Tevatron and the CDF

A Year in Review
The Tevatron has had remarkable success over the
years. With the start of the new year, it is natural to reflect back on
2007 and take stock in what has been accomplished. In this
talk, I will cover some of the many highlights of the tevatron
program mostly through the eyes of the CDF program. I will then discuss
where we are heading and the physics motivation behind an additional year
of running.
