Below are links to some JHAs that have been used in PPD.  They are listed here because they thoroughly address many common hazards.

 

Please note, some examples do not use the proper format that is required by FESHM 2060.  Even so, they are good examples of thorough job planning and hazard mitigation.  The form found in FESHM 2060 should always be used when writing a JHA.
