The boards will be built in a 3x1 Array (with .100 spacing btw boards
and .250 rail on all four sides)
·
Quantity is 1647 Boards (549 3x1 Arrays)
·
All PCBs and components will be furnished by Fermilab
(
·
All boards and components should be available ~
·
Delivery of at least 100 assembled boards a week should begin within 2
weeks of the delivery of materials
·
The bottom side of the board has only SMT Resistors and Capacitors
– the flex connector shown in the bottom assembly picture will not be
stuffed
·
All assembled boards MUST be optically inspected with OMRON VT-WIN I,
·
The Board has 2 BGAs – the assembly of
which must be checked using x-ray inspection equipment
·
All boards should be assembled with water soluble flux, and boards
should be thoroughly cleaned of assembly residue.
